#creating a style as an artist

Im sorry if this is a dumb question but what does skeb style mean? ;n;

not dumb at all, it's a relatively new phenomenon that got its name from the japanese commission website, skeb!

the general concept of skeb is that you send an artist the character(s) you'd like drawn, and then let them have artistic liberty on how they illustrate that character (so no WIPs or revisions unless there's a mistake)!

the idea was really widely liked, so artists outside of japan also started adopting it with their own variations!

Artists on Instagram and tiktok and most other sites are the strongest people on earth because the comments are always fied with so many stupid people. I'd be murdering them if that was on my posts.

...guys, do you know what an art style is???? cuz', this seems pointed. I see what you mean. I completely agree.

But hear me out. Along with these posts, could we consider? Maybe? Some constructive criticism? People should draw them more accurate.

But how should they do it? Realism art? It's a foreign concept to me. I try and it absolutely fucking sucks and i'd love to be a part of this fandom showing that the characters are real people but

Oh, yes, I have! That... that was quite the experience... !

It was very bright there... very unusual things there. I will admit that humans are quite lovely and cute.. at least most of them

Humans are quite charming, I should say.. one of them actually looked like one of my employees!

Although some humans are just.. pure evil..

If I'm going to be honest here.. I couldn't do anything like any ordinary human does.. eat food.. smell.. taste.. yknow?
